The Vetted Collection

§ The Roster — the people who run your days

A place is walked.
A person is worked with.

The venue is half of it. The other half is a private chef, a photographer, and an instructor we have each worked a real retreat alongside — vetted on their own, independent of any property, and free to travel to whichever place you choose.

Sample roster

Illustrative profiles, shown to demonstrate the layer — real professionals are added as they're vetted. The three venues in the Collection are live members; nobody here is.

§ What "vetted" means for a person

Four things, before anyone goes on the roster.

01 · Worked with

A real day, together

Not a portfolio and not a referral chain — we've worked a real retreat day alongside them, under real pressure, with real guests.

02 · Referenced

Hosts, called directly

We speak to the hosts they've worked for. Not reviews on a profile — a conversation about what the week was actually like.

03 · Credentialed

Papers in order

Insurance, certification, and food-safety where it applies — checked and dated, so the host isn't the one carrying that risk.

04 · Mobile

They come to you

Independent professionals who travel to the venue. They aren't staff of any property, so the place and the people stay separate choices.

Three disciplines to start. The roster grows the way the Collection does — one professional at a time, each one worked before they're listed. Independent professionals. Not employees of any venue.
